There’s something unique and special about private yoga lessons. Removed from a public studio setting, it creates an individual customized experience.

Maybe you’re brand new to yoga and feel like you’re not ready to head into a studio. Or your mama/sister/dad/bff wants to try yoga but is like “heck no I’m not stepping into a class” (I remember the feeling of being a brand new yogi, it can be scary and intimidating!)

Perhaps you’re ready to start practicing yourself, or enhance your practice improving your skill and mastering those challenging poses (crow, headstand, handstand, etc.).

I love teaching private sessions, it allows me to be on the mat with my client and see the growth in real time, focusing all my knowledge on one person.

Being removed from a public studio setting, invites the opportunity to communicate more freely as student, teacher, allowing me to create the session based on your individual needs. There is something special about a custom yoga class that is it is created and tailored just for you!

My current clients range in age and levels, all the way up to 80 years old! That’s the beauty of yoga. It really is for everyone. A private yoga session is giving yourself an experience that has the power to increase your overall health and happiness!


What you’ll get
Individual instruction to target your specific needs, to compliment or enhance an event/race (running, biking, wedding etc.).
Specific in-depth alignment/pose clarification that you don’t get in a group class.
Remember: you don’t need to be strong or flexible to start yoga–we will work on your strength and flexibility together.


How it works
We arrange a time and I come to your home or office and guide you through a yoga practice that is designed to suit your specific needs.
The first session is one hour and 15 minutes to accommodate a discussion about your desires and goals, your body, injuries or problem areas.
After that, sessions are one hour.

back bending/heart opening poses
stretching poses
inversions


What you will need
A yoga mat, and possibly a yoga block and/or a yoga strap (belts and scarves work too), comfortable clothes and the willingness to learn.

1 session: $90
4 sessions: $320 (save $40)

Cancel with 24 hours’+ notice, no cost; cancel within 24 hours, full cost of session.
